Regional Event Production Manager


Organization Overview: Sip Shop Eat is a national Pop-UP market celebrating all the best in emerging food, style and drinks. We create vibrant, unforgettable shopping experiences that allow small brands to grow big. 

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who is enthusiastic about small businesses, possesses exceptional organizational and project management skills, and is committed to empowering small businesses. Your role will involve coordinating the day-of logistics, being the point of contact for event participants and ensuring that the event is a success. Must be a local resident of at least one of our event locations and available to work the event dates for their indicated city. Position Description:

Works closely with the Sip Shop Eat founder to create and coordinate unforgettable in person shopping experiences at local Sip Shop Eat events.


Assists in elements of the creative concept, event design, production and execution of local events.


Provide on site execution of flawless event production including:

  • Assists with Floorplan development

  • Loading 

  • Unloading 

  • Event set up

  • Assists in vendor load in/placement

  • Set up Sip Shop Eat attendee check in, merch station & VIP gifting suite

  • Assists in coordinating and managing the event experience for vendors and attendees.

  • Leads attendee check-in & door sales

  • Assists in the coordination of staff catering & supervision


Reports To: Sip Shop Eat Founder


Location: Local to the event city (ability to travel is a plus)


Time Commitment:

Pre-event: 4-5 hours (virtual, must have laptop computer/internet access)


Event Weekend: 

Saturday: 7am-5:30pm

Sunday: 9:30-7pm


Compensation: $25/hour virtual, Event weekend: $250/day, Paid out of state travel expenses (as applicable)



  • Local Resident Preferred, ability to travel is a plus

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as an event coordinator or a similar role.

  • Friendly, Kind, Highly charismatic and engaging.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask

  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively, with others, under pressure

  • Strong leadership & customer service skills


Physical Demands: Must be able to perform a variety of physical activities including, but not limited to, standing for long periods of time, climbing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting, up to 50 lbs. Repetitive hand and wrist motion may be required. 


Additional Qualifications:

  • Market or Trade Show experience preferred
