Meet Hippie Hill! A Summer in SF Sip Shop Eat exclusive cocktail crafted by Liquid Happiness! The cocktail features a lavender lemonade made up of in-house lavender syrup, lemonade and sparkling water. You can re-create this cocktail at home, you'll need:
Lavender Syrup available at Chef's Table
Fresh squeezed lemons
Simple Syrup (Sugar and Water Mix)
Sparkling Water or Club soda
To make a few cocktails:
- Add 6 cups of sparkling water
- Add 1/2 cup of Sugar
- Add 2 cups of lemon juice
- Add 4 Tbsp of Lavender Syrup
- Add 1 cup of Vodka (your preference)
- Add Lemon slices to garnish.
The Lavender Cocktail wasn't the only drink that had everyone excited! "La Mission," was the second hit cocktail at Sip Shop Eat's Summer in SF Pop-UP. La Mission is a Dragon Fruit Margarita crafted for the tequila lovers at Sip Shop Eat!
To re-create the La Mission at home, you'll need:
El Jimador Tequila
Dragon Fruit Syrup
In a small pan bring fresh or frozen (1) half of dragon fruit (including skin), 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup of water to a boil until sugar is fully dissolved- let stand
1.5 oz of Tequila
1 oz lime juice
.5 oz of Cointreau to a shaker over ice
Shake well and serve, garnish with lime.
